These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between Monni Technologies Oy ("we", "us", "our") and you ("User", "you") concerning your access to and use of the website https://inkslop.com and any related services, products, or content offered by inkslop (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise engaging with inkslop, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction), that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Service.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on our website or by email. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. When creating an account, you agree to:
inkslop reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe that account information is inaccurate, that the account has been used in violation of these Terms, or for any other reason at our sole discretion with or without prior notice.
You may not create more than one account per person, create accounts for others without their consent, or create an account using a false identity or another person's information. Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, shared, or assigned to another party.
You may not use inkslop to create, distribute, or promote:
You also agree not to:
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Service, referral to law enforcement, and/or legal action.
Certain features of the Service require payment. By making a purchase, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. All prices are displayed in EUR (€) and are exclusive of applicable VAT or other taxes, which will be shown at checkout.
We use third-party payment processors (currently Polar) to handle transactions. By submitting payment information, you authorise us and our payment processor to charge the applicable amount to your payment method. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
inkslop reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud or an unauthorised transaction, and will provide a full refund in such cases.
Credits are inkslop's in-service currency used to generate videos and AI content. Each billing cycle your subscription credit allowance resets. Any unused subscription credits from the previous month expire and are replaced by the new month's allocation. Extra credits purchased separately are permanent: they never expire, carry over indefinitely, and are only consumed once your subscription credits for the month are exhausted. The credit cost of individual operations may be adjusted at any time without prior notice; current costs are always shown on the Pricing page.
Some features of the Service are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
Our full refund policy is available at /legal/refund-policy. The key points are:
EU / EEA Consumers: Under EU consumer law, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days for digital services that have not yet been accessed or delivered. By initiating the generation of content (e.g. rendering a video or using credits), you expressly request that the Service begin immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal at that point.
UK Consumer Rights Act 2015: This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. UK consumers have the right to a full refund for digital content that does not conform to contract within the first 30 days.
The Service allows you to submit, upload, or contribute content including text, images, video, and audio ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you agree to the following:
inkslop does not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for User Content. Users are solely responsible for their submissions. You indemnify inkslop against any claims arising from your User Content.
All content on the Service that is not User Content (including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video, software, and the overall design of the Service) is owned by or licensed to inkslop and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for its intended purpose. This licence does not include:
Third-party materials available through inkslop (such as stock video clips and music tracks) are subject to their respective licences and are not owned by you or Monni Technologies Oy. You may not redistribute or reuse these materials outside of generated videos, except where permitted by the applicable third-party licence.
The inkslop name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of Monni Technologies Oy. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.
If you believe that content on the Service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to [email protected] containing:
Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will promptly investigate and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the infringing content. Repeat infringers will have their access to the Service terminated.
The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, services, or applications. inkslop does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service.
Third-party services integrated into inkslop include analytics providers (PostHog), payment processors (Polar), cloud hosting services, AI model providers (Google), and social media platforms (YouTube, TikTok). Each operates under its own legal terms independent of these Terms.

inkslop reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
Account deletion requests: You may request termination of your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will process your request within a reasonable time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases and any unused credits or subscription time are forfeited, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) shall survive.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the Service exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to inkslop in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) €100.
UK Law: Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Monni Technologies Oy (operating as inkslop), its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to first contact inkslop at [email protected] with a written description of the dispute. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Finland.
EU Online Dispute Resolution: EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We may revise these Terms from time to time.
