Credits are consumed when you generate videos, use AI features, or generate assets. Once credits have been used, they are non-refundable.
If credits have been partially used, a partial refund may be issued at our sole discretion.
A full refund is guaranteed only if no credits have been used since purchase.
Subscriptions are refundable only if no credits have been used. If credits have been used refund is at our sole discretion.
Email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase. Include your account email and order details.
Requests submitted after 14 days will not be considered.
If your account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued regardless of unused credits or remaining subscription time.
