Frequently Asked Questions

Which guessing games can I make?

Riddles, odd one out (four things, one doesn't belong), guess the year and guess the picture, where an image starts zoomed in and zooms out to reveal what it is.

How does the countdown work?

After each question the voice stops and a countdown runs so viewers can guess. You can pick 3, 5 or 10 seconds, with an optional ticking clock and a ding when the answer appears.

Can I use my own pictures?

Yes. In guess the picture, upload an image for each round and type the answer. Choose how far it starts zoomed in: the closer it starts, the harder the guess.

How many questions should a video have?

Three to five works well for Shorts and TikTok, keeping the video under a minute. Longer quizzes suit landscape videos on YouTube.

Why add an intro and outro?

A challenge in the intro, like "only one percent get all of these", hooks viewers, and asking for their score in the outro brings comments, which helps the video get shown to more people.

Do I own the videos I create?

Yes, you keep full ownership and commercial rights to the videos you make with InkSlop and can monetize them on any platform.
